Luxury cruise ship AIDADiva, the largest ship in ports history, visiting Oulu

The luxury cruise ship AIDADiva arrived in Oulu early on Friday morning, August 30, 2024, from Kemi, bringing more than 2,000 cruise passengers to Oulu.

Sailing under the Italian flag, the 251.89 m long and 37.6 m wide AIDADiva is the largest ship to visit the Port of Oulu so far.

Port of Oulu CEO Marko Mykkänen and Transport Manager Sampo Kananen brought the port’s greetings to the ship and got to see the ship’s cozy facilities under the leadership of Captain Boris Becker and his crew.

The ship continues its journey towards Latvia and Riga on Friday afternoon.
